I recently found out a really cool website called ConceptArt<DOT>org. Note that this place is for only those serious artists who feel that there is something missing. And that is Critique. Lately, I've found out that dA is missing this element. Now in CA, even pros have to suck up all the criticism. Critique in your work can be VERY harsh there, but we all learn something in the end.

Anyhoo, i'm only telling this to all you people living in caves and who crave to strive to become better in your art skills. Just remember that you must have the attitude to accept lashings at your works by all types of critics.
